This map comes with a digital version which you can download to your smartphone or tablet.
Go to OS.uk/redeem for more details (terms and conditions apply).
Scratch off the panel on the inside cover of the map to reveal a code, you are then just three easy steps away from downloading your digital map. If the scratch panel has already been scratched off or if you have any problems downloading your map, please call the OS Customer Service Centre on 03456 050505.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
Standard service orders will be dispatched within 1 or 2 days on 2 day service. You should expect to receive these within 3 to 5 days of placing your order. Express orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day or the next working day if placed over a weekend. These will then be received the next working day after that.
Working Days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If Next Day delivery is selected before 2pm on Friday, delivery will be Monday, unless this is a bank holiday, delivery will then be Tuesday. Orders placed over the weekend on a Next Day service will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday, if the Monday is a bank holiday they will be despatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.
