RETURNS POLICY
Should any of our products fall below the high standards we expect, please return them within 28 days with your receipt and we will happily exchange or refund them. Online purchases bought under these circumstances will be delivered free of charge. Return carriage must be arranged via our customer services team, other arrangements cannot be reimbursed. If you simply change your mind, we are still happy to accept returned products for refund within 28 days, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition with the original packaging (also in perfect condition), tags, labels and accessories. Items returned damaged, or in damaged packaging, cannot be refunded in full, a discretionary charge will be taken.
The above applies to web orders only. Items purchased in store must be returned to the store they purchased from, either in person, or by post, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the customer.
We suggest always sending using a tracked postage service for smaller items or for larger items, a courier service such as www.parcel2go.com
Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original invoice and a note to let us know why your item is being returned. Please then send your item to the address below.

Please note, costs incurred for returning items that are not faulty must be paid for by the customer. Refunds can only be made using the same method as payment which may take up to 7 days.
